Winsert Workshop

 

The Petersham Energy Committee will conduct a free workshop to teach individuals to make “Winserts”. Winserts are lightweight inside removable storm windows that cut drafts and save energy by making your current windows tighter and energy efficient.  They are virtually unnoticeable and cost less than $5 per window if you are able to construct them yourselves.  The frames are wooden, painted to match trim if desired, and covered with a heavy-duty shrink-wrap film and foam edge.

Pre-registration is necessary; please call 978-724-3423 if you would like to attend.  An early December date and location will be determined based upon the number of people registered.
